All sales are final. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will cover the shipping cost for you to return it to us. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as how you received it. The security seals and label must still be intact. Please package the item securely in the same box and packaging that it came in. We will email you a shipping label to print and affix onto the package. The package can be delivered to your nearest UPS store or we can arrange for UPS to pick it up from you. Once we receive the item and determine that the mistake was on our part and that the item is in the same condition as it was received, we will refund you by the same method that you paid.
